Due to the nature of the product I do not offer refunds. The ONLY time I give a refund is before the installation of the design has occurred.

30 day Redesign

After the store design has been installed and you find that the design isn’t quite what you pictured you have 30 days from the date of sale to decide whether you want me to design a new store for you.

90 day Store Category Revision

If you decide that you want to add more categories or remove some categories before the 90 days is up I will do that for free.

If you choose to change categories after the 90 days then the cost is $20 for a revision.
